Have you tried with Java 13?

... but this definitely is not a SikuliX problem.

... and use the latest stable SikuliX 2.0.2

I guess this is the cause.

There is a general problem with Java AWT Robot (internally used for screenshots) with Java 9+ on Windows 10.
Seems that this is now true also for the latest Java 8.
