Having to kill vnc between every action

So I'm connected to my vnc machine and able to launch the program. Was the program I want launched is up no matches are found or anything. I have to stop the vnc connection then reconnect using the vncStart and then I can find the image and click it. I have to do this for every action event. I made sure my timeout param was set kont but still same thing. Any ideas? Thanks
