installation script for Debian based Linux

I have been absent from Sikulix for a few years but recent project needs it again.

I re-installed last night on Debian based linux boxes (several kinds and versions) and wrote a script to automate the steps
(install dependencies except JRE/JDK). I am happy to provide it.

If there's any interest, let me know where I can put it.
