1.1.4 Only has 2 panes (Script & Message) ?

 3rd party tutorials and Youtube videos show earlier Sikulix versions having 3 panes in the IDE. I cannot find a way of switching on the 3rd Pane for Context Sensitive Help for the commands being used. Is it no longer available in 1.1.4?
