Sikuli unable to take screenshot inside Windows Action Center or Start panel

I want to test the UI of my application's notifications on my windows machine through Sikuli. However, when I try to take screenshot through Sikuli IDE, Sikuli does not allow me. The cursor becomes like an arrow, (instead of the plus sign we usually see during taking screenshots). Please help.

Try to execute SikuliX as administrator, if you did not try to execute SikuliX as administrator.

Can you help with this problem?
