[1.1.4] IDE: error at startup, when network is blocked --- can be ignored

just ignore it.
It is part of the "check for updates feature", that is currently under revision

When i run sikulix.jar (1.1.4) under network blocked desktop, the error came out.

"[error] FileManager: problems while downloading raiman.github.io"
