may i know why do i have to backup my computer before installing sikulix. is there any reasons behind it? thank you!

backup your computer ????

might be a misunderstanding.

What is meant:
IF you have any SikuliX related stuff, that you have created before (scripts, programs, image sets, ...) you should take care for those before upgrading to a newer SikuliX version.

If you are just starting now with SikuliX, just do it ;-)

i misunderstand it as backing up my computer instead of backing up the software
