Just had a short look at MarathonITE: looks like a rather closed system.

A Sikuli integration might be possible like they did it for Selenium/Webdriver.

... but does not look like an easy job.

May be you ask the Marathon people, guess you have some rights with payed-for product ;-)

Be aware: you need some Java programming knowledge to do the job or know someone who can do that for you.
