WindowsHotkeyManager: JIntellitype problem: Could not load JIntellitype.dll

Hello,
by mistake i run sikuli setup again and f*k up my setup
I already re-install the java, delet system variables and delet local sikuli data from %appdata% but the error is the same...
Im trying fix it but i already spend 4hours in this....
