About function of extract the text in the region

Hello

Because function of extract the text in region is still in an experimental state, and there are some bugs in it. So when the function can be improved? It there a release plan to enhance this function and fix related bugs?

will not be improved in version 1.1.x

Improvements are only planned for version 2, but will only come beginning of next year (may be).
