Sikuli installation

Have you check SikuliX-1.1.1-SetupLog.txt?

Log file is showing this:

I have downloaded all 4 jar files.. but dont know what to do now???

(1)Make new folder named "Downloads".
(2)Put downloaded files in this folder.
(3)Run sikulixsetup-1.1.0.jar

but when I run setup.jar.. It still does same and get same null ide and at the end it fails install...

as mentioned in the docs from comment #3:
put the setup-jar and the downloaded jars (ide, api, libs, python) in the same folder (C:\Sikulix in your case).
Take care, that nothing else is in that folder.

... and run (double-click) setup-jar

It has created a new file: sikulix.jar.. is it correct???

when I am double clicking on sikulix.jar.. its not doing anything...

Although it has created a jar but log file shows I cant use it and setup has failed:

Some of the downloads did not complete successfully.
Check the logfile for possible error causes.
If you think, setup's inline download is blocked somehow on
your system, you might download the appropriate raw packages manually
into the folder Downloads in the setup folder and run setup again.

Be aware: The raw packages are not useable without being processed by setup!
For other reasons, you might simply try to run setup again.

I cannot help you, if you are not doing exactly, what your told to do - sorry to say.
