Sikuli In Selenium on C# without internet

hey i have a question,

i want to use sikuli in my selenium projecet i write in C# with Nunit

i am testing a site on the local host and the computer dont have connection to the internet!

is it possible to use sikuli webdriver?

can i open a sikuli server in my computer and make my project to communicate with my server and not sikuli server??

i tryed without the server and when i debug the test failed in _ApiLuncher.Start();

can u tell me how how make sikuli work in my environment
