running sikuli script in a such a way that it starts at a particular time

Asked by Narasimha Nithesh Thota on 2017-05-04

hi
I want to run the sikuli script in such a way that it starts at a particular time in the day, without any physical command to be given from my end. I even want to include these features :
1. where it should be able to send an e-mail to a group of people , when the script fails or anything other than usual scenario is observed.
2.where it should be able to send an e-mail to a group of people at the end of the day which contains a report .

Please provide me guidance to configure the above features in my script.

Thanks and Regards

for the script start at a specific time just use the respective features of your system by providing a command, that runs your script from commandline.

For the e-mail feature, you have to use the respective Python/Jython modules or Java libraries or trigger a mail send with the mail system, that might be running on the system, the script is running on.

Nothing of your requests is a SikuliX feature, so you have to find your way, may be with the help of google.

Can you help with this problem?
