How to define a "non-fixed" region?

Hello,

I'm using a fixed region (using the sikuli IDE top button) to search for a image but some times, the image will appear in a different position ( for example, if the program is in full screen it will change the position), there is a way to make the script itself define the region? (maybe using another image as a reference?)
