GCC version error

 I am trying to install sikulixsetup-1.1.0.jar on GNU/Linux (Red Hat 4.1.2-54) x86_64 architecture ,`GLIBCXX_3.4.11' not found error is displayed while installing im using GCC version - 4.1.2
Please help ,thanks in advance
