Move site navigation to the right?

I always feel that left-side navigation is awkward. Wonder if it is possible to move it to the right?

I couldn't find repository for the site. It looks like it was generated with some tool. I hope it will improve, because right now it looks somewhat worse than previous one. It is sad to see that news are empty and require too many clicks to get to the content.

Anyway, good to see it moving.
