Question regarding VNC mouse cursor movement

The VNC window which i am opening has no mouse or keyboard connected to it . Basically its a touch screen , so is there a way to find up an image and click on that particular image , without using mouse movement.

no, because to click somewhere, the mouse has to be moved there first (Java AWT Robot)
