Is is possible to build all needed stuff from source?

I am using SikuliX 1.1+ on Windows. As far as I know, the normal installation step is to run sikulixsetup-1.1.0, i.e. version 1.1.0, which then will download needed stuff on the fly.
My question is, is it possible to build all needed stuff from source?
