Passing argument to SikuliX script in Windows XP

I have a Sikuli script which works fine in Windows 7, and I have to pass a String argument to it for usage in execution.
I wrote a similar script to work in Windows XP, but it throws exceptions when I try to pass the String command line argument while executing the script. Kindly, suggest a way to pass the command line argument while executing the Sikuli based script from command line.
