Unable to install sikuli in windows 8.1 pro

Asked by Kyle

I downloaded the .jar
I placed the jar file into C:\Sikuli\
ran the jar, a message window comes up saying i need to run the runsetup.cmd
however, when I run the runsetup.cmd

I run into this issue and I haven't found anyone else that has the same exact issue I do.
