switchApp with Internet Explorer 10

I have been attempting to use switchApp to set focus to Internet Explorer to bring it to the front of the screen but keep receiving an App.focus failed error.

I have used the following:

app.Focus("Internet Explorer")

app.Focus("Name on Tab")

app.Focus("iexplore")

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
