you seem to have problems with your internet connection.

I recommend version 1.1.0
http://sikulix.com

If the download does not work, you have to do an offline setup (again: you should use 1.1.0)

I tried offline setup with 1.1.0 . Java in my machine is version8 and so downloaded Jython 2.7.0 and all other offline needed files .

... but there is an issue with some rare UTF-8/Unicode situations,
that usually appear on startup with UTF-8 ccharacters
somewhere in the system environment
If you encounter such problems with Jython 2.7.0
run setup again and
click NO to get Jython 2.5.4rc1

You should try again with today's build 1.1.0

I fixed the problem:

that let the offline setup crash
