You should instantly switch to 1.1.0 and if possible run with 64-Bit Java 7

start here: http://sikulix.com

with the old stuff I cannot help you any more.

If you only have a 32-Bit Windows, then you could keep Java 6 with SikuliX version 1.1.0

in the folder you have run the setup, you have a
runsikulix.cmd

no parameters: run IDE
with parameters: run scripts from command line
(see docs: http://sikulix-2014.readthedocs.org/en/latest/index.html)

alternatively just doubleClicking sikulix.jar should start the IDE as well.
