Use of Funtion key with Alt/Ctrl --- all keynames Key.XXX with XXX all uppercase

Hi
I tried to use Function "F4" key with "Alt" but could not able to do so.

below way i typed
type(Key.F4,Key.Alt)-> it's

F4 i write like first "F" letter the "4" as numeric.
