What method I can use for an action,

example,

Its a game application, If i click the button and wait for some action to finish and then continue with different button clicks and also wait for same action to complete.

that is exactly, what SikuliX can be used for.

But before you start with some complex programming in Java, you should simply test some simple workflows on your game with the SikuliX IDE.
