Can we get a nightly build on the current development branch?

Asked by Jack Frost

It has been quite a while since we've gotten a proper build. I'm wondering if RaiMan might be willing to start the nightly Jenkins builds up again.

A lot has been changed since Jan (at least that is relevant for me), and I'd like to take advantage without setting up an entire build/Maven environment of my own.

RaiMan will publish a new nightly the next days ;-)

what do you need now?

I believe the nightly Jenkins build creates an exe of the IDE via Launch4j, correct?

I'm going to run this on a windows server x64, so I guess I only need the executable. I'm just eager to get started developing and testing, if the dev branch is in a working state. Unlike many here, I'm not a game bot maker, so hopefully I can add some more diverse feedback :)

Thanks for responding, btw!

Currently I do not deliver any exe stuff (though I am experimenting with Launch4J).
The nightly Jenkins run "only" works with the latest version of the GitHub project and uploads the artefacts to nightly and OSSRH.

everything is still jars and will still be with 1.1.0 final.

... and hence the process still will be to download and run setup with the relevant options to get usable stuff.

As long as I don't have to rebuild all the source myself, that will be fine as well.

the versions will "forever" be downwards compatible.
So simply replacing the SikuliX jars in your projects or wherever should work.

If not: this is a bug, that should be reported ;-)

Can you help with this problem?
