My scripts are failing(not able to find images) after updating chrome from 36 to 37 version.
what should i do to run same scripts in google chrome 37.

might be that the rendering has changed (a few pixels are enough).

you have to manually check, wether your images can be found (use some image viewer and compare images visually at a magnification, where you can see pixels).

Worst case: you have to re-capture your images.
