I have used 'sikuli' to automate my project which is similar to 'youtube' where in your main objective is to test video streams. I wanted to know that weather i can use 'sikuli' to automate the native APP and webAPP on Android and iOS devices. if yes then what are the things i need to start with it,other than emulators and how do i connect emulators with sikuli IDE tool please help.

only using the emulator window on your PC.

Sikuli is neither available on Android nor on IOS natively.

For sikuli on Android solution, here is one
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appautomatic.ankulua.trial

It accepts sikuli API, although using Lua instead of python.
