Sikuli is launching but none of it's commands working

I am launching Sikuli, it shows the IDE but if I click on any command like "Click(camera) or Type "Camera, text", it disappears and nothing hap[pen, I cannot take screenshot of the area and sikuli gets turned off.

What version of Sikuli?

I am using Windows 7 32 bit OS.
Sikuli version is 1.0rc3

I do not support RC3 any longer.

If you are new to Sikuli, I recommend to use version 1.0.1
start here: http://www.sikuli.org/download.html

If you do not want to do that, then you have to search for a solution here in this board.
