[1.0.1] How to run command line in silent /quite mode

[1.0.1] How to run command line in silent /quite mode

When doing a command line execution like this :

>> C:\SikuliX\runIDE.cmd -r myScript.skl

I get a yellow pop-up that appears in the middle of the screen and the java icon in the toolbar for a few seconds and then it does what the script is supposed to. Is there a way to do this silently? I didn't find any flag that coudl do that?

Thanks

Sikuli version is : SikuliX Setup Build: 1.0.1 12NOV2013120000

As for trying it out with a .sikuli, our app is currently under maintenance and is inaccessible, as soon as I can I will try.

If I change the script name from .skl to .sikuli I get this error.

[error] FileManager: Script folder..\Sikuli\Contract-NotesTab.sikuli\Contract-N
otesTab.sikuli does not contain a script file named Contract-NotesTab.xxx
[error] Terminating SikuliX after a fatal error! Sorry, but it makes no sense to
 continue!

A .skl is a zipped version of the original .sikuli.
So first unzip (rename it to .zip before) and then rename the unzipped folder to .sikuli

ok thankss for that info.

So I tried it with a .sikuli instead of .skl and same behaviour (i.e. yellow splash and java in toolbar)
Thanks
