Continuing script after rebooting mac device

i would like to take a screenshot of an alert which appears after rebooting my mac (10.9 os) device.

later i would do few changes which i can perform with the help of sikuli tool to generate a different alert.

But each time when i need to generate an alert i need to reboot my device so is there any option to continue my code automatically after reboot happens .

Currently you have no such things in Sikuli.

But you can perfectly do it by yourself. ;)
