The Key.Separator on NUM pad is not working

I am trying to type the Separator from the num pad but the Key.Separator is not working. Please let me know if there is any workaround.

what version of Sikuli? what system? what locale? Java version?

The used key from Java AWT Robot implementation is KeyEvent.VK_SEPARATOR.

So if you have Java experience, you might check with a small Java program and Robot, if it is a Java problem.
