Serious error obtained when executing runSetup.cmd

I ran "java -jar sikuli-setup.jar" from the command line and that created runSetup.cmd.

I chose option 4 during exection of runSetup.cmd.

The jar file download failed. Here is what was written to the *SetupLog.txt file:
