Installation is failing using sikuli-setup.jar

I am getting below error while extracting jar file using java -jar sikuli-setup.jar

[error (9/27/13 5:17:35 PM)] RunSetup: Fatal error 001: not able to download: sikuli-java-1.0.1.jar
[debug (9/27/13 5:17:35 PM)] RunSetup: Download ended
[error (9/27/13 5:17:37 PM)] RunSetup: download not completed successfully
[error (9/27/13 5:17:37 PM)] RunSetup: ... terminated abnormally :-(

environment using:
Win7(64-bit)

Hi

I am new to sikuli. Please give me more detailed steps to install sikuli.

After download and extract 'Sukuli-1.0.1-Offline-Setup-Java-option3-option4.zip' file, as per instructions i kept below files in a single folder.
1.sikuli-java-1.0.1.jar
2. sikuli-setup.jar
3. runSetup.cmd

Now can i know the next step to install. If i reinstall runSetup.cmd sikuli-java-1.0.1.jar become 0 bytes.
