How can I test my Flex applications using your product? Is there any sample for that?

every Sikuli example in the net is an example for you:
with Sikuli you work WYSIWYS (what you see is what you script).

So it does not matter for Sikuli, how the GUI is rendered to the screen, Sikuli only sees the pixels.
