Changes to use the latest version

What are all the changes required in scripts(written in version 1.0.0) if we move to the latest version 1.0.1? I find the API(sikuli-java) is totally different to previous version(sikuli-script). My scripts are written in Java using the java api of sikuli.

For some reason, the sikuli-java jar was not showing the org.sikuli.script package in eclipse(probably bcoz my setup did not complete properly). After doing the setup again, it is now showing the package. Thanks.
