[1.0] IDE: Where is the tools menu?

I downloaded the Sikuli IDE 1.0.0 for Windows 64 bit yesterday. I have a couple of issues.
1) When I click on the tools menu no dropdown appears. Is this intentional or a bug? All the other menus work.
2) I'm trying to get my unit tests to run properly and am having trouble. I think it's because I need to load the unit test panel. However, it doesn't seem to be present in the software.
I can create a separate post for the second issue if it doesn't relate to the first. Thanks in advance.
