Sikuli book

Asked by Pat Collins

Hi,

I'm looking at using Sikuli at work to automate testing our main java gui applicatioin . I think it would be very useful
to have a book on Sikuli going from beginner to advanced level. Is there one or are there any plans ?
In the meantime i am using the online documentation https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+question/117093
and also looking into the python language https://answers.launchpad.net/sikuli/+faq/1858

A one stop book would be great.

I'm willing to contribute a little financially and proofread the book as a native english speaker.

Thanks a lot,

Pat

A good idea: may be next year I will write an e-book.
This year my focus is on making Sikuli working with Java 7 and Windows 8 and to fix some weird bugs with the IDE and to improve the overall usability.

So for now, the mentioned docs are what you have to get on the road.

If you have any questions on your concrete scripting, you are always welcome, to ask here or even send me your scripts for review and optimization.

Can you help with this problem?
