to capture a text from a region, i used .text() func,but it is not capturing the full text

I want to capture a text from a region. i used the function .text(), but this is not capturing the full image. The text to be captured is "Drawer 1 & Drawer 2", but .text() is capturing only "Drawer 1 & Drawer".
