The current docs are at
http://sikuli.org/docx/

and this is not a Wiki, it is some stuff generated with PyDoc.

The sources are in the doc directory on github.
So as a first step, fork it and make your translation.

Come back, when you have started to talk about how to integrate it / make it publicly available.
