How to build sikuli on win32 --- detailed steps?

I tried to do as the build-win32.txt said, and I tried to search a lot, still not worked.
Could anyone help?

Though the question was asked long time ago, the link RaiMan posted seems not available.
Now I try to build sikuli 1.0.1 on 64-Bit Windows, looking for building reference too, thanks.

use version 1.1.0, run setup and be happy ;-)
