Not rally clear what you mean?

If you want to put your script behind a GUI:
use the appropriate Java features (AWT, SWING, ...), which can be seamlessly used in Sikuli scripts, since it is Jython.

There are no other functions besides popup and input.

Thnx for answers, i see in to side of IDE netbeans...as i understand it's SWING
