On right click, disregard right click and make it shift click instead --- not possible

How can I make it such that when a user right clicks, it doesn't right click, but instead it emulates a 'shift click'?

Not possible with Sikuli, since Sikuli cannot react on users mouse clicks.

Only the mouse location is available.
