How can i click on submenus. When I start taking screen shot, the menu is not seen

I have a main menu, and a submenu.

To select the submenu I need to click the main menu and then the submenu.

Using Sikuli when I select Take screen shot button the menu disappears. I cannot have the menu visible and take the screen
shot, as the moment I click on Take screen shot the menu disappears.

Please help.

use the capture hotkey (standard: Win shift-alt-2, Mac shift-cmd-2), which can be configured in the preferences.

have the IDE open, position the cursor, where you want the image inserted, go to your app, prepare the capture situation and press the hotkey.

This does not solve my problem as I dont have hot keys attached to my application. Only clicks will work for me.

The hotkey is defined in Sikuli IDE ;-)
