Is ther a way to use the "FN" key on my keyboard

I have a Logitech MK300 keyboard with a blue "FN" key. Is there a way to use this a modifier key?
I would like to use FN+F1 for example as a hotkey.
Also is there a way of detecting what this key is reporting back to Siluli?

You have to step down to Java (which is possible from Sikuli, since it is Jython).
