Do monitor settings influence Sikuli's behavior?

Hello all,
Is the image matching still working if I change the color RGB, brightness in my monitor's setting? I mean, I open monitor's menu by press buttons on Monitor and change some settings there, not change color setting in operating system.

Any adjustments to the monitor settings does not have any influence on Sikuli's functionality, since it is only a video adjustment comparable to the adjustments you make on a TV monitor.

What Sikuli influences are the settings that change the way, how the system software displays visual elements (like window frames and elements, color systems, backgrounds, buttons, ...) using the screen buffer.
