How do you suppress the Message dialog?

I am running Sikuli via the provided .sh file on Mac and the .bat file on Windows. If something fails then I see log messages at the Terminal/Command Line but I also get a popup Message dialog. I want to suppress this dialog. Is there a way to do this?

Figured it out. Do not run the IDE via the scripts but the Java jar file instead per http://sikuli.org/docx/faq/010-command-line.html.
