you either be in the folder containing test.sikuli and say:
/Applications/SikuliXfix/runsikulix -r test.sikuli

... or you are somewhere else then you have to use:
/Applications/SikuliXfix/runsikulix -r <absolute path to>/test.sikuli

-- I tried the last build with the temporary fix for the slowdown
for me it works.
so check again wether you really use the latest build version.

... but if you are right and still get the slowdown, I would be interested in what you are exactly doing.
