Regarding reproducing results by TranSIESTA

Hi all,
I am Shubham. I am new to using tranSIESTA so I started by reproducing some results. I tried finding the I-V of black phosphorene and graphene nanoribbon.
For the 1D material the results are exactly matching but for 2D, it seems to be about half of the reported one. So, is there any tag that I am missing or how does it go?
Any help is appreciated.
