How to do the HSE06 in SIESTA?

I have noticed that in the paper （J. Chem. Phys. 152, 204108 (2020)） which has montioned that HSE06 could be implemented in SIESTA. Could you tell me how to set the related parameters in the FDF file? Someone could send me a example is fine. Thank you.
